Alpharetta
I work with women who're ready to align their careers to who they are and who they aspire to be. I champion each client as she excavates and deploys her unique and powerful work experiences to position herself for increasingly influential and impactful work.

What do you love most about your job?
My favorite thing is to help women identify and present the most powerful and authentic version of themselves through their work. The look on my clients' faces when they see that power revealed in a meeting is wonderful. I have a knack for people - I like people like some people like their pets. I use that and my wide, varied experience to deliver unexpected insights and, sometimes, plot twists that lead clients to work opportunities they would never have imagined on their own.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm a serial entrepreneur. After my husband died, I left a 7-year teaching career and decided to become a career coach. I've never looked back. I also own a coworking space for women, MAD! Workspace, in Alpharetta, GA. I relish my ability to chart my own course in both businesses.
Why should our clients choose you?
I get people and I get them fast. My extensive career change experience (8 to date) coupled with my deep knowledge of work, allow me to support women as they unearth their unrealized (and maybe even, dismissed) potential. This process is the engine behind the job imagining and search process. I'm an expert at creating strategies that help women elevate their view of themselves, their work, and their potential impact. I have clients who've doubled their earnings in one job. Others have taken on new levels of responsibility and leadership. My tag line is Never Settle.

Yes, I offer sessions via Zoom, although I heavily prefer face-to-face sessions for coaching.
