What’s your signature dish?
At the restaurant people love the Po'Boy. When it comes to catering spare ribs, Cornish Hen and Grouper.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It really is a list of what you love, my ideas and your budget that brings us to the perfect menu for you. We offer you 3 menus to choose from based on the above.
What do you love most about your job?
I really love that every meal as different as the people celebrating.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been cooking since I was seven. It makes me feel good.
Why should our clients choose you?
Bayside is all about patience, details and the people factor! We have all had guest show up to the house for a free meal and someone complain abouy something. But the real question is, "Did the hostess enjoy the spread." We focus on the hostess and help them to keep their guest in mind.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Catering, cant be provided online. But I will say all of the preliminaries can be done remotely through Zoom, Microsoft, Docusign etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When catering we make sure that the persons involved in the preparations are few and havent had exposure. We also will wear mask at the time of delivery.
