How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Our studio has three dedicated Personal Trainers (all female). They begin with a consultation, learning the client's current exercise and nutrition routines, their goals and then set reasonable (but challenging) goals for them. This involves a nutritional makeover as well. Our personal trainers are dedicated, fit, active, certified and motivating.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Nutrition, dedication and a willingness to learn. You have to show up on the hard days and celebrate your victories along the way.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing results, changing lives on and off the scales, and interacting with clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started working at this studio as a cycle instructor before owning it. When the previous owner had to sell, I really wanted to keep the studio open, so my husband and I purchased it and it has been flourishing since 11/2018. We offer cycling, yoga, barre, strength classes, bootcamps and HIIT (interval training).
Why should our clients choose you?
Our trainers see results. They work for you and with you. They are tough but compassionate. They have reached their own goals over and over and know how to motivate you. They are knowledgable and 'walk the talk' so to speak.
