Aaron and his team are an amazing bunch of people. I use Aaron for programming and bodybuilding posing coaching. Being out of state having the ability to use the best in the northwest is a great way to improve myself as a bodybuilder. His posing classes are top tier. If you can make the in person ones do it! But online is a great option as well. Having made it down there a few times he has a great selection of equipment and the knowledge that each trainer has is wild. If you’re on the fence about training here, don’t be. This is a must for anyone fitness journey whether you’re an athlete or looking to get in better shape (like me). Under Maddie’s supportive instruction, I’m truly beginning to gain the knowledge and skills I need to be a self-reliant exerciser. I’m really starting to feel comfortable and confident in my body and its abilities. I’m learning the mechanics of how to move my body effectively so that I can enjoy physical exercise and lifelong health and fitness. Maddie has been kind and compassionate, working out with her I feel safe and supported. Not only do I know I’m not going to injure myself while learning new movements, but I feel psychologically supported as well. My relationship with food is improving, and I’m more aware of my own body dysmorphia. Before starting my journey with Maddie, I’ve always felt out of place in gyms, and definitely too intimidated to make going to the gym a regular thing. But training with Maddie at Genuine Fitness is really changing that for me. The gym atmosphere is supportive and fun. Been coming here for a few months now after a back injury. Didn't want to get hurt again, so I knew it was time to go to the gym. I've always been worried about going to the gym because I know almost nothing, but I've always felt comfortable here. I started with just wanting to get in better shape, learn nutrition tips and have also trained with him for bikini/figure competitions. I make it a habit to set time aside at least 2xs a week to reach out and keep them accountable. This is on training days and off training days.

It depends on the person. But the biggest factors are self motivation, self-discipline, and consistency.

I love being able to help others get where they want to be or find where where they want to be. Many people don't know where they want to start or even have a set goal. So being able to help them find what they want and desire, and then getting them there is to rewarding to not love my job.

I've been into fitness for 6 years. Only 4yrs ago I took it seriously. I needed to lose some weight to join the military. I ended up dropping 60lbs in 6months and realized I was way more out of shape then I thought. And that is when it hit, that I want to become the best version of me as possible. And along the journey I've met many incredible people and helped many as well.

I'm very real. I tailor to what you want. I'm no big name brand. I know my stuff, but won't overwhelm you with everything I know. I take the complexity of things and simplify it all so that you can actually enjoy getting in shape, and not dread everyday. Because the more enjoyable the journey the more likely someone is to continue rather then drop the goal 1-2 months in.

Yes definitely. I provide in person and online services. I have an app in which I will connect clients who don't want in person training, or just want a more detailed layout of what's happening. It provide metrics, a full calender with your workouts displayed on the days you will be doing them, and some more features I'm adding as I grow. You can also always contact me 24/7 if your struggling or confused. And being my own business you won't recieve any automated bot responses.

I wear a mask if clients are concerned about COVID, and can even provide a full at home workout systems to keep your progress flowing if going to a gym still makes you feel worries about getting COVID.

I will help you understand the bases of nutrition; meals, calorie intake, macros, micros, and everything inbetween. I offer online programs to help keep you accountable and on track to your goals.

I offer online programming for those far away still looking to find a coach that suits them. I create a specialized 4-12 week program based on your needs and goals that you can track and follow. With this service i provide a zoom call either every week or bi weekly, up to what we decide together, along with the meal program. Sometimes this services is good for those who also just dont feel they have the time to comute everyday or need a little more accountability and a way to track their progres
