Hi! My name is Antony

I am certified in strength and conditioning. I have been a group fitness instructor for 10 years and a personal trainer for about two years and have had over 50 clients in personal training alone.

I love functional and body weight exercises but have experience in plenty of difference areas of exercises.

I am older, 62 when I began working with Antony, and had not participated in any type of exercise, other than walking, for many years. Antony developed a training plan that challenged me, but didn’t overwork me; I increased my strength and endurance significantly during the four months Antony trained me. Then, he moved away, but left me with an exercise plan for use at home. Antony is an excellent personal trainer and a truly good person; if he still lived in this area, I would still be his client. Working with Antony Tran is an incredible experience! Every time you work with him, you leave knowing that you've gotten stronger and that you've improved since the last session. He's kind and very motivating. You can tell that he truly believes in you 100% (even when you don't believe in yourself). He'll push you to workout at your fullest capacity, to always give it your all, while also making sure that you stay safe and injury free. Without Antony Tran's help, I honestly wouldn't be where I am today. I'm much stronger than I've ever been before, and I don't think that would have happened if I never trained with him. Antony has a very encouraging training style. He’s creative and makes the workouts fun. If you have some kind of complication that affects how you workout, he will take that into consideration when designing your workout.

Antony is the best! Before training with him, I never had a set workout routine but now, he’s helped keep me accountable by training me ~3x/week. He pushes me to levels I didn’t think I could reach, motivates me on the best and worst days, and he’s helped teach me so much (from nutrition, to preworkout, to which resistance bands I should choose). I really enjoy getting to work out with him in an encouraging, non- judgmental setting. After training with him for 8 months, I feel stronger, more toned, more knowledgeable, and he’s overall helped (and helping!) me reach my health goals. Can’t wait for our next session Antony! I motivate my clients to be the best that they can be. I push them pass their expectations by believing in them and being there for them when they need that extra push.

The secret is hard work and consistency. As long as you keep moving, you’ll succeed. It just takes a while.

I love seeing my clients get further than they thought possible. When they can do more and feel good doing it.

The hours I put in as a personal trainer have been almost overwhelming. In two years, I trained over 60 people consistently, but the company I worked for gave me almost nothing to show for it. I rather work with a smaller number of clients so that I can dedicate more time and energy to them, rather than splitting it up between 60 clients.

It’s not just about looking good, it’s about feeling good. I want to make your everyday life easier. What’s the point of looking good, if you can’t function normally too? I want to help you do both!
