I train people of all ages, abilities and goals. I have coached teens and HS athletes that have gone on to compete on the college level. I train older generation isividuals who would like to regain their balance and independence through strength training and release techniques.

The first step in training any individual is the pastoral assessment. This is where I gauge strength, balance, posture and identify any muscle imbalances or weakness. I know how I like things done and set a high standard for myself. Being my own boss was a no brainer.

I have a wealth of experience. I am always on a quest for knowledge in order to enhance my clients’ experience with me. I attained my Masters degree in biology from U of H, I am a certified CPT, CES, FNS through National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also a 200RYT certified yoga instructor.
