Stuart recently handled the closing of our house, from the seller's side.   He was always available for questions via phone, email, or text.  He responded quickly whether it was the middle of the day or at night.  

After agreeing to sell one's house, there's nothing scarier than wondering if all the legal "i's" will get dotted and "t's" will get crossed so the sale goes through as planned.  Stuart managed the whole process for us.
