I can’t place into words how great full I am to have found Ahmet!
From the first day of our session, he has provided me with the comfort, attention, and patience that I needed.
Once we transitioned to online session, I was completely nervous and discouraged to continue working out without him physically being around. However, Ahmet made me feel like there was no difference. He’s always available no matter what time of day to answer any questions or provide guidance. I don’t know how he does it, but I can’t thank him enough!!!! He is truly apart of my mental health regimen and I honestly don’t know what I would do without him!! What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is consistency! Without consistency there is no way the work will be done properly, and the goals won’t be accomplish. So we will make sure we have self accountability, which will lead to consistency.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love the most about my job is the interaction with people, and seeing their progress weekly. The confidence and the joy it can give them is empowering!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Since I was a kid, I always wanted to help people. And it’s my belief helping people accomplish their goals is my main inspiration.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since I’m doing online sessions only, I make sure people are aware of it, and they’ll make the best decision that suits them best.
PERSONAL TRAINING
I build specific programs for my clients who have specific goals.
Those programs can therefore be for short term goals, and long term goals as long as those are attainable and realistic goals.
Those programs can be for weight loss, mass muscle building, rehab, etc.
Also the main program that use is called HIIT (High Intensive Interval Training), to make sure all muscles are used and solicited gradually throughout the journey.
