How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Think of your body as a car. If you put watered-down low-grade fuel in the tank the car won't run well and may even need repairs down the road. The right, high-quality fuel can make that same car run like a racecar. Our bodies are no different. Food is fuel.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything! I love helping people feel their best!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have had a passion for natural health since I worked as a pharmacist and saw that the pill driven medical system was not helping people get well. Also I have lost a son to cancer three years ago, and have another daughter with allergies and gut issues that have really forced me to find answers.
I truly think I was born for this.

I am able to work remotely with the health & wellness and the SHAPE ReClaimed programs. The MUDWorks mudpacking services are done in-house.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The rooms are cleaned between each client to minimize exposure.

Mudpacking
MUDWorks is our premier mudpacking service. It harnesses the power of highly mineralized mud to detox, cleanse, and restore energy flow that has been disrupted in the body. This could be due to injuries, scars, concussions, surgeries, etc.
Most clients incorporate this into their program.
