How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our best tool is listening. Clients informs us on their likes/dislikes, what they want and need, and we work to execute, and bring our client’s vision to reality.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the entire process from start to finish. The excitement for a client’s event, the in between of getting things in order and finally executing their vision and seeing the smile on their faces. It’s a great feeling to know that I am one of the reasons behind their smiles.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I visioned a better life for myself. I visioned that I can do more than just regular everyday routines. I am a natural born leader who finds joy in doing for others.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As an online caterer not much has changed in regards to keeping customers safe, as food services already have guidelines and standards to protecting myself and others from hazards. Basic PPE is already in place.
