A Clean Start! Wow, I don’t even know where to begin but I didn’t want to leave!! As someone who has had bad experiences with previous therapists/counselors I’ve seen in the past, I was a bit hesitant to try another.
But I’ve never been against therapy. I’ve always felt it was a good thing as long as you found someone who was easy to talk to and connect with. I’ve found it! I’ve found it with “A Clean Start” I met with Crystal and she was so peaceful. Her aura was just very pleasant and compassionate while still equally providing very direct perspective. Her spirit was comfortable.
The entire process from scheduling, to speaking with the very pleasant and professional family who owns and operates a clean start was a pleasant and refreshing experience. If you’re looking for any assistance with navigating through life I recommend you try A Clean Start because they care and it shows!

What do you love most about your job?
Serving and supporting our community on their healing journey is our passion. It’s why we opened our doors and truly what we love most about A Clean Start. Whether it’s sitting with you during a difficult time or helping you develop skills to communicate and problem solve with your partner more effectively or anything in between…we are here to serve you!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw a gap in how businesses were treating and servicing the mental health needs of our community. There was a lack of education to reduce the stigma associated, low tech or no tech solutions offered which created barriers, poor treatment planning which kept clients stagnant or unsure when they reached milestones …the list goes on. Rather than continue to sit on the sidelines, we pooled our resources and opened A Clean Start to serve the underserved.
Too often, businesses lose sight of their client’s needs and unfortunately client’s become numbers in a spreadsheet helping the business hit a profit goal. We’ve been intentional about the number of clients we take on and who we hire to ensure we’re not overextend and providing a high level of individualized service to each client. We regularly solicit feedback from our clients and the community so as their needs evolve, our services follow suit. Ensuring an owner is in the building whenever we’re open helps us not lose sight of how our client’s are being served which is of critical importance to us.
