Many of my clients reach a point where they realize their current career path no longer resonates with them. They're yearning for something more, but they're not sure what that "something" is. The symptoms vary in each case: • Burnout, stress • Lack of confidence • Boredom, stagnation • Lack of motivation, growth, or excitement • Conflict with team, manager or culture

Before I joined the academy, I was teaching and I still am. I am an public school teacher and this will be my 25th year coming up in the fall. I teach elementary school and I'm currently teaching fifth grade.
I got a little tired of the all of the politics involved in education and I didn't feel like I had freedom or autonomy to really be me.
I'm given a curriculum. I'm giving a pacing guide. I'm giving mandates by the government. Of course, I have to follow those but something was missing. And the more I worked with children, I saw their struggles and their needs.
They have a lot of social and emotional needs that are not being met in the public school. We just sort of pushed the academics really hard and I was sort of losing my steam and feeling very stuck and dissatisfied.
One day I was scrolling around on Facebook just looking for something. And I just happened to see Silviu doing a little infomercial.
He said a lot of keywords that really resonated with me, like - being stuck in your career, being unhappy and unfulfilled and you don't have to be that way. You can really find out who you truly are and what you want to contribute to the world.
And I thought "that is what I'm seeking".
Silviu and Steve helped me develop a Career Plan that is very doable and I know it will be successful because I intend to do it.
Even though I had this job that felt very dead and void to me, now I can have more passion about it because I can deliver my Work Purpose in that job until I get to different stages of my plan.
I have more confidence now. I have less fear. I have more direction, clarity.
One thing I learned in this journey is, I am starting to believe that if I mess up along the way, if I make mistakes, that's okay. I used to really shame myself and beat myself up when I would make mistakes. I would feel not good enough and not competent enough and then I would just kind of, retreat back into a shell and stop, like I can't do that.
Now I'm beginning to work with those beliefs because I'm more conscious about them. And I'm like, "I don't have to accept this as a truth".
These beliefs are not truths, they're just habits and beliefs that we've picked up and they're programmed into our minds and we can change the programming in our mind and therefore our beliefs. And so I am learning to do that.
I'm a teacher and that's where I am but I intend to work my Work Purpose in my job. Now I'm more intentional about it. I know who I am in my essence. I know what I want to contribute to my students and I intend to implement that.
My career plan is now clear: I can see myself getting involved in groups that maybe go to different schools, public schools, and speak to young people, speak to educators, speak to parents that work with young people and then eventually evolve into a speaking career for young people and parents and educators.
The programme has great resources. The coaches, Silviu and Steve are so accessible. I can send a message and Silviu respond immediately - 'Hey, let's have a coaching call' and they can steer me in the right direction. I've not experienced that before. The coaches I've had are not always so easily assessable.
Silviu and Steve truly invested in their clients and it is so worth the investment.
It is one of the best personal and career development programs I've ever taken and I've taken quite a few, and this is the golden ticket right here.

As a coach, the approach I take is based primarily on the client's needs and circumstances. Some require help with a specific challenge; some feel stuck in repetitive patterns they want to change; others want a framework in which they can develop their understanding and perspective of the world and their place in it. In all cases I offer support and encouragement, and find ways to identify and build on each person's unique strengths.

During a challenging period in my life, where I was feeling overwhelmed both personally and professionally, I came across Sarah's profile online. She effortlessly created an atmosphere where I could open up about my struggles, and her relatability made me feel understood. Sarah not only offered invaluable guidance but also equipped me with the necessary tools to overcome obstacles and discover the path that was right for me. Ashot, coaching sessions with you were completely opposite to what I had expected, but I wouldn’t change a thing. Only 3 months ago I felt overwhelmed, never had time for anything that really mattered to me, late to my meetings, frustrated with kids, unhappy with my financials. Given your high profile business background I expected advice on time management skills, maximising efficiency, etc. In other words, I was expecting you to hand me fish, but received the rod instead. I learnt how to be present and that changed it all. I honestly don’t know how. I know you always tell me that I have done that, but I feel grateful and fortunate to have you in my life. Thank you 🙏

Hello, I've been helping people (and organisations) like you find and live their life purpose for over 10 years and I'd love to help you too. Life purpose is an amazing journey and one that will help you rediscover your passion, drive and motivation for life. My process includes a set of tools that I teach all my clients so they can carry on the, at times challenging, business of life and of living life purpose without me for years to come.

Adam is a wonderful life coach and a human being! When I met with him, it was at the recommendation of a friend. All we need sometimes is to sit quietly and clear space for ourselves to become more home in our bodies and minds, and Adam does just that! I’m grateful for his help and definitely believe that anyone coming to see him for guidance will be better for it. He’s an empathetic and active listener with key tools for kick starting your life!! Thank you endlessly, Adam.

Mental health is at the core of what I do. I'll help you deal with the issues you're facing so you can have peace of mind. As a life coach and executive coach I’ve witnessed the positive impact coaching has had on my clients. I’ve literally watched many of them grow into empowered people standing tall with confidence. As a coach, I think it’s important to be empathic as well as challenging.

Our mission is to inspire people all over the world in ways they can achieve massive changes in their own lives. The Inspire Initiative is a collaboration of Expert Coaches and Consultants with decades of experience in showing their clients how they can gain exponential results. Having worked with organisations such as HM Government, HSBC, Oracle and Deloitte. Our team is more than capable of inspiring massive growth, both personally and in your business.
Every client I’ve coached has achieved results: whether that’s clarity on their career, more confidence in themselves or an ability to connect and communicate persuasively with others. What makes a good coach? Someone who is qualified (credentials below), has life experience, has reviews and who has done enough work on themselves to be able to reach your wherever you're at. I've coached over 200 people and have 5* reviews. I encourage authenticity, communicate clearly and really listen to you. I care about my clients and helping them achieve the results they want. There is no coach with the same experience and has probably not had worked (in all professions) with an as diverse group of people. I see humans and as humans and I meet them where I'm at. It's this skill which made me a successful diplomat and it's the same skill which I use in session with clients (both as a coach and as a therapist). My clients have: - changed careers, - saved time and progressed quicker in their existing career - learnt how to network (leading to new career opportunities), - been promoted, - received new job offers, - started side businesses, - gained new found confidence, - set boundaries, - learnt to persuade effectively, - built the trust of their team, - stepped into leadership roles, - lost weight, - gained new found freedom and confidence after a break-up, - learnt to process their emotions, - put themselves out there for opportunities in ways they never envisioned possible - transformed how they see the world. Who are my clients? When it's a coaching programme they're usually mid-senior professionals looking for clarity, confidence and to enhance their negotiation and soft skills. They're intelligent, ambitious and great people to work with. They're usually high-achievers that want to feel more fulfilled or those who feel they've got more potential than they're making the most of. When it's a mentoring programme my clients usually have less than seven years work experience. They passionate but potentially feel a bit stuck and need to make sense of their current situation. The tools I teach can save you time in your career and progress quicker. When it's for personal development that spans their work and personal life they're all ages, all backgrounds and all walks of life. The one thing they have in common is they want to take action. Coaching Programmes: -Leadership Coaching Programme – designed specifically for you. - Negotiating Pay and Speaking-Up in the Workplace For Women - A unique coaching programme designed to help you speak-up and request what you're worth. -Career and Purpose: Gaining clarity and mapping out your career goals. -Communication and Confidence: If you see everyone else getting ahead and you don't know how to step into your leadership power. This is great for those with imposter syndrome. -Coaching Programmes for Teams: I run workshops covering communication, difficult conversations, decision-making, focus, and conflict resolution. - Mentoring Programmes: I run a range of supportive and inclusive programmes that help clients make sense of their career path and make best use of their roles. Who Shouldn’t Coach With Me? - If I want your success more than you do! - Those who don’t want to do the work outside of sessions. Things only change when we take action. - Those who want advice about a specific industry (I won’t get you a job in Government!) - If you’re not curious. - If you’re not open to fun and vulnerability. - If you don't want to invest in you. - If you want the easy route (p.s. there isn't one). Credentials This is so you know I can do what I say I do: - BA Physiological Sciences (Oxford University) - specialised in Neuroscience - Msc Global Politics - Graduate Diploma in Law - Diplomatic Training (risk analysis, communicating and influence, negotiation) - Diploma in Integrative Coaching (ICF Accredited) - Internal Family Systems - Level 1 - Level 3 Counselling Skills - Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling (in progress) (BACP and NCS Accredited) - EFT - Level 1 - Certificate in Women's Coaching - Certificate in Understanding & working with ADHD - Certificate in Leadership Skills & Emotional Intelligence
I love living my values and doing a job that plays to my strengths and talents. I love contributing and giving back to society and helping people live the best version of the lives feels like a brilliant way to do that.
I work a lot with clients on purpose and reaching their potential and when I talk to them about this - I'm always reminded of my own journey into doing work I love!
I've always wanted to run my own business. Variety and challenge are really important to me and running my own business offers that! I also deeply care about trying to make the world a better place - which for me means helping people resolve inner conflict and allowing them to reach their potential. My coaching business offers me a pretty wonderful opportunity to do that!
I've worked with hundreds of people both in coaching and in my previous work as a diplomat. I've had a incredibly diverse life which allows me to connect with all different people. I love making impossible things happen! I love helping people gain self-belief, I love being the catalyst that helps people go after their ambitions.
Yes! Via most platforms. I predominately work on Zoom and Google Hangouts but I work around your needs.
Online. Very happy to meet in central London if necessary subject to COVID-19 restrictions.
