Training with Amir was amazing! I worked out with Amir for the last 3 months of a 6months contract at Gold's gym and I wish I had started earlier with him. Amir listened to every single concern I had during the first session and was able to assist with every single need my body had. For instance, I had some knee issues that led me to work out with a knee brace, and in the first week, he determined what it was and how to deal with it. I stopped wearing my brace, I stopped having issues with my knees that had been bothering me for the last 7 more years. No other trainer was able to help me with that until I met Amir. I thought I was going to live with that for the rest of my life. Amir, guided me through mobility and core workouts every session, building a strong foundation for my body for strength sessions. I had never reached so many PRs, including deadlift (where I injured my back many times before meeting Amir) , hip thrusts, and squats. For remote training, depending on location and distance from me, an additional rate will be added to all packages.
