KERRY: Bring a straight forward nutrition plan that’s easy to follow and some serious advice whenever it’s needed. She is at the end of the phone whenever you need her. DAZ : His training is tailored to your needs and he’s there to listen if you need advise and will change any detail if he thinks it’s not working for you. Together their a great team and you will see the results if you put in the work. These guys are not like the rest that throw out and plan and program and leave you too it.
