Find a Property Manager in Los Angeles

I’ve had a pleasant experience working with Ryan and some of the Emry Property Solutions team in managing my father’s rental properties in Los Angeles. They’re very knowledgeable about everything in real estate.

Jane is the best Realtor I have ever had and I will work with her until she retires as a broker. She has high energy, she is very intelligent, and her negotiating skills are phenomenal. I recommend Jane to any buyer/seller!!!

Delta Management is a great company.  The experience I had with this company was professional, efficient, very communicative and got the job done.  This company was highly recommended.  The owner introduced himself to all family members in a relaxed meeting asking what our expectations were and explained to us about his business.  From day one, he was very friendly, upfront and honest.  He had managed four buildings for us.  Any time there was an issue in any of the properties, he would let us know what the issues were and how they were handled.   When there were issues Mr. Hill or Ariella would handle the issue quickly and professionally.  He would always present a detailed report of issues that were taken care of, how it was corrected and the tenants comments (which were always positive and praised how everything was issued).    He also presented a detailed report regarding income and expenses which were clear and concise.  He treated the properties as if they were his own....First Class.  His staff is fantastic.  If I needed to speak with someone in the office, someone was always available to take my call, and if they could not, someone would always get back to me within the hour.  I am very appreciative to Mr. Hill, Ariella and his staff.  They did a wonderful job and would highly recommend them.  First class service all the way!  Thanks so much Delta Management!

i don't think they're that bad. i live at the 100 n sycamore ave property&so far, no complaints. if anything, i like that they take my rent check a day or so late&don't insist upon the late fee.

I screened about 6 different Property Management Companies. It was not easy getting a response! Most of my calls only reached voicemails. One company took 1 week to call me back. Another didn't bother showing up for our appointment. My call was actually answered by a live and polite person at Prime Management, Inc. Danny Flores from Prime Management came over to take a look at my property. He was very professional. I was impressed with the informational package he gave me. The package is pretty much everything you need to know about their company and more; the services they provided, sample of agreement and even their fees! Nothing is hidden. Danny was definitely knowledgeable in his profession. He gave me answers to my questions about the industry and even specific questions on my property market info. Danny was polite and patient in explaining basic things I don't know about property rental. I actually met and interviewed 4 other property managers. None come close to Danny's professionalism! I'm very satisfied with my dealings with Prime Management. My property is rented out now. It was a smooth and easy process, a very positive experience. This is one company I highly recommend!

He is well-educated and very knowledgeable. With his expertise in the rental market, Jesse advised and guided me every step of the way. My house was rented at no time!
