I began seeing Andrew in late November 2023. As a retired therapist myself, I realized that even though I have significant skills and decades of sobriety, I was struggling with anxiety and stressful sadness following some surgery and personal betrayal issues.
I am a person who has physical symptoms triggered from fear and hurt.....mostly stomach aches and irrational thoughts which lead to sleeplessness and more anxiety. I also had reverted to some of my childhood black and white thinking about good and bad girl beliefs, a sense of doomed and being fundamentally flawed.
What I needed was someone to listen, to offer perspective and to help me become more mindful.
Andrew's approach helped me move out of the fear so I was able to do some truth-telling with the people who I was betrayed by, including religious leaders. His kindness and his offering realistic perspective really was exactly what I needed to get out of my irrational dilemmas.
I was taking anxiety medication in November when we began working together. I believe medication has it's place in mental health conditions. And I believe combined with therapy, some people may be able to reduce or even outgrow the need for some medications. Due to Andrew's help and my willingness to face the fears directly, I no longer need the anti-anxiety medication. Currently my anxiety disorder has been quieted.
I would not hesitate to see Andrew again if need be and I highly recommend him as a kind, knowledgeable and mindful life coach.

Smartphone can be really beguiling. There are so many P.I and worth not that promise awesome results if you can just get hold of your spouse’s device. Very likely James saved our son's life. Our son had a serious drug problem, several overdoses, several tours of rehab, two tours of wilderness therapy. My wife and I would remind ourselves almost daily to steel ourselves, that any day might well be our son's last day on earth. We were beyond distraught, this drug use had been going on for years and we were at our wit's end. That’s what I realized when I stepped into pharmacy school. Every drug that I learned about had only a handful of benefits and many more harmful side-effects.
That led to my journey into alternative healing care. There are so many amazing modalities out there. I studied the ones that felt right to me, and naturally started my practice.
My greatest desire is to contribute to the change in your life, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I have studied both sides of medicine as a pharmacist and a certified BodyTalk Practitioner and use all my knowledge to find the best form of healing for each of my clients individually. I create a no judgment space that allows issues to resolve.
I do remote sessions for Life Coaching and BodyTalk, and they work as well as in-person sessions. The Access Bars and Access Consciousness Facelift are in-person sessions.
