The BEST decision!!! I was struggling with health issues and motivation. I was terrified to start something I might not want to finish. At the same time I knew it was critical to start doing something. I'm so glad I did! I train with weights 2 says a week and do Zumba 1 day a week. Ricardo and Ayda are amazing!
