I'm a little more than halfway through my 3-month program w/ Mrs. Self and it's been a rewarding and transformative process. I came into the initial consultation struggling quite a bit with lack of confidence, moodiness, and getting caught up in the past. While I still get down and have tough days from time to time, I've already noticed great improvements in my mood, energy, belief, and productivity through the day. Mrs. Self established my initial coaching program after a very thorough consultation. She then formulates action plans from week to week focused on your biggest areas of need (carrying over things still requiring work as needed). A sample of some of my action plans: anchors to help control my emotions and keep me grounded, experimenting with my diet / exercise / supplements set-up to manage my energy, confidence-building thinking and planning exercises to address my biggest worries about the past/future, and sleep hygiene adjustments to make falling asleep and getting up easier. Furthermore, Mrs. Self is a very energetic, positive, and sweet person who will no question challenge you (within reason) to make the most of your coaching and realize your full potential. I'd at least recommend a free consultation to determine a potential fit with Mrs. Self. In my experience, it's hard to find a mental health practitioner that is knowledgeable, focused, structured, empathetic, and really cares. Mrs. Self is certainly one of those people.
