What’s your signature dish?
I usually recommend choosing at least one non-dairy flavor. We always have two sorbets, two almond milk-based flavors, and two dole whip flavors that are all non-dairy. As for regular flavors, I usually recommend choosing between Vanilla, Chocolate, Cake Batter, Cookies & Cream, and maybe a Strawberry.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
This depends on if the company wants just yogurts or toppings as well. Once I know that we can customize their perfect menu based on the 24 flavors and 95+ toppings we have.
What do you love most about your job?
I LOVE working with customers and clients. Every order is a different experience. It makes the job so much fun!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love being my own boss and controlling my own destiny.
