Urban Tailz: In the Loop

We used Urban Tailz in the Loop for approximately 4 months for their dog walking services and are really sad we can't continue with them because we moved. My husband and I have known Urban Tailz for a few years now, after having less than stellar experiences with other vendors- from dog walkers that would never show up and said they did until we accidentally found out (I cringe at remembering the several times I found my dogs hysterical because they couldn't hold it and my thinking they were just behaving badly), to others who would not disclose their having criminal records, which we believe is important, especially since they are entering our home.  We have had positive experiences too, but must say that our bad experiences left us nothing short of scarred, which I only bring up because it underscores our appreciation for Urban Tailz.  We met Urban Tailz through our building, and we are very happy that we gave them a shot. The team is professional, responsive and communicative. One of our pups has several health issues and requires special attention, which they consistently provide. In one instance, we accidentally ran out of one of the puppies' pills and did not fill out their 3pm pill case. Urban Tailz got in touch with us, offered to come back to retrieve the medication in our cabinets, and even cut the pill if it was needed. The situation was not dire, but I certainly appreciated that they escalated it for us to make that decision and provide a course of action. The team recently upgraded to a new app that allows them to always be in touch without having to resort to text messaging. They have also  been consistently willing to make changes to schedules last minute, which is not always easy with other services. This is a plus to us, since our schedules are very fluid.  More importantly than all- we feel the walkers do care about our dogs, who we absolutely treasure.  I do not hesitate to recommend Urban Tailz for consistency of execution and a professional, reliable, approachable service. These dog walkers are amazing and I would definitely recommend their services. I left three days and my dog was extremely well treated ans I got a text with some news about my dog well being every day! Also, they are really flexible and extremely friendly, so don t hesitate! More...
