I've been coming to Tranquil Touch once a year when I visit Fort Wayne, for the last nine years. I've had some incredible massages and the experience I receive as a customer at this spa is always impressive. I am always offered multiple beverages both before and after my service and am greeted by multiple people throughout my visit. This past weekend, I was able to take advantage of a special with gave me a 90 minute massage, for a very affordable price, plus given the opportunity to use multiple coupons which allowed me to leave a very generous tip for the amazing massage that Javelle provided, it was easily the best I've experienced in my time visiting the spa. I always feel so taken care of and valued as a customer, so for as long as I keep visiting Fort Wayne, I won't miss an opportunity to visit Tranquil Touch as well. Thank you for being wonderful! I love this place. As soon as you walk in you feel calm...the smell is incredible and they use all Aveda. I have gotten massages here which are absolutely relaxing and amazing. I decided to try the mani/pedi today and it did not let me down! Aimee my nail technician was friendly, sweet and welcoming.  Along with the great treatment and spoiling I got from the service we had wonderful conversation to go along with it. Hands down the best mani/pedi I have had( no pun intended !) I will not be going to the those walk in nail places anymore! My son and girlfriend gave me a gift certificate for Mother’s Day and I could not have received a better gift. I scheduled to have a 1 hour massage and a 1 hour facial. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by a very professional and kind receptionist. I did not have to wait at all for my services to begin. My massage therapist, Jessica, was excellent! She worked on every area of my body spending extra time on problem areas. She was sympathetic to my needs and knew exactly where I needed extra attention. When my massage ended, I did not need to get up and move to another room for my facial. I loved that! My esthetician was prompt and was ready to get started. I loved the feeling of having her gently massage different oils, serums, masks, etc. on my face. It felt so good and I was so relaxed that I believe I fell asleep a couple of times. I have been to the SW location multiple times.  They are very inviting and the atmosphere is really relaxing.   I have had both relaxation and therapeutic massages here.  I woke myself up snoring multiple times during the relaxation massage- it was amazing!!   The therapeutic massages are by far the most effective I have had. I've tried almost every spa in the area. Tranquil Touch therapists have delivered consistency in the level of service and effectiveness of my massages unlike any other spa I've tried. More...

I have gone to tranquil touch twice, and really can’t wait to go back! The first time I went, I had a gift card. Great experience the first time and I was anxious to get back then, too! Fast forward a few months when I finally had some me time, I injured my back badly. I immediately scheduled an appointment online (website was incredibly easy to navigate to schedule an appointment!) and was incredibly impressed with the response time in scheduling, especially online. Both therapists were wonderful and knew exactly what to focus on both times. I cannot wait to go back! The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the ladies working there are simply fantastic. I suffer from chronic stress, which causes a lot of joint and muscle pain. After another day of walking around hunched over and in pain, I thought a massage would help. After my classic massage, I wish I would have came in months ago! I walked in, cringing from every step I took. I sat in the waiting room, not wanting to try and get back up. But, after my massage, I left feeling like a new person. It was even commented that my walk looked better. Later on that night, I had no problem getting up from a sitting position. I have been coming to Tranquil Touch for years. Every service I have received has been excellent! I appreciate the flexibility of the schedules and on several occasions have on short notice requested an appointment. They always do their best to find a way to fit me in. I have gotten wraps, massages and facials. I have always been open to have anyone work with me. Each person has their own style and I appreciate that. I enjoyed a very relaxing . hot stone massage. I appreciated the heat on the bed, the stones and the other items used. I never felt cold. In fact, I felt like I was in a cocoon. I was so relaxed, I wish I was encouraged to stay for 30 minutes to take a nap. The only negative was that there was an odd smell in the room. I couldn't place where. It smelled like body odor. However when my head was in the scented face frame and had oils to inhale, I didn't smell it much. I didn't know if it was the girl or something in the room. The location is a bit out of the way but I found it easily. I asked for tea and received it. Afterwards I was only given a small cup of water (dixi cup size). As always our massages were relaxing & stress relieving. We are asked if there is any new areas that we need to have addressed before the massage begins. I came in for a 60 minute massage. The massage did everything I wanted it to: release tension/stress. The staff was so kind. The check in was wonderful too. I like how you have a room to wait in and begin the relaxation process before even getting your massage. The group of girls I was with were able to go up there and all achieve relaxation. On December 1, 2018, my husband and I arrived for another couples massage. We were greeted warmly and offered drinks right away. We had a short wait before our massage therapists were ready for us.
