Two men turned up at the appointed time and worked non-stop until they were finished. I had removed the screens and moved the furniture ( which they said they would have done ). They washed the windows, inside and out, washed the screens and cleaned the sills also. The windows were spectacular and they left taking all of their rags and equipment. After they left I found that a big screen in the bedroom had not been washed or put back and also a screen in the kitchen. I wish both men had gone on a walk through with me when the job had been finished. I would recommend this company again and also I would rehire them again in the future. More...

Ideally, I was looking for a Viking Tech to trouble shoot some issues with or double wall oven. The short version is, the wonderful tech, Matt F. who needed to come out twice, was a great representative of the company. He was polite, professional and very helpful. Unfortunately, Matt had to spend the entire time on the telephone with a Viking Customer Service desk and I was not very comfortable with the information he was given. This last time I asked them to re-do one window. The "boss" gave some instructions and had two of the crew clean the window again. Ive been cleaning for many years. But this past year is when I made a career change as a property manager and pursued starting my own cleaning business, Top to Bottom Cleaning Services.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I provide all the cleaning supplies both conventional and eco friendly sustainable organic. But if you have a preference for me to use your products or supplies I would be happy to oblige. If you have a special request please let me know.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the end result. When the client is so happy, that there in aww at the quality of my services! Nothing gives me a sense of confidence more than that!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been cleaning for years. Then I started getting requests from friends and family. They were so thrilled with my work, it gave me the idea to widen my client base—so recently I joined bark.

I'm very fair and flexible. So during our consultation please let me know exactly what services you are looking for and what your budget is. Then together we can formulate a cleaning package that suits your needs and budget.
I always strive for 100% complete customer satisfaction in all aspects of the project! If for some reason you are not happy I will return within 24 hours and correct it!
