This is the first time I have used the Pet Nanny and all I can say is that they are awesome. My sitter would text me every visit and send pictures of the cats. She even changed the cat litter for me. I've been using Pet Nanny In Home Pet Sitting for the past 3 1/2 years to watch our cats, Baby and Ray. I was always more than satisfied with their services.
Teresa, Carmenza, and Meghan were all absolutely wonderful with our fur babies. Going away and leaving my animals behind is (personally) really hard for me. It put me at ease knowing Teresa and her staff were watching my babies. I would get daily updates with pictures while we were away which always gave me peace of mind. Peace of mind is priceless - especially when it comes to something as precious as your pets. When one of our cats passed away, Baby, they sent us a card and one of the staff members that regularly watched Baby reached out to us and offered her condolences. To me that's not a typical service you receive from just any company. That's going above and beyond. Teresa and her staff did everything with purpose and meaning and always with the best intention. If you want to know your animals are in the absolute best care, use Pet Nanny In Home Care. Sadly, we just moved and found out that we are no longer in their service area. I am so incredibly sad that I will not be able to use this amazing company any longer. I am however, forever grateful for the amazing service they provided and for the love they showed to our pets.
