I've been working with Texas Blooms for a very long time... at least 7 years. Needless to say, there's a reason why I keep going back. Actually there's several reasons!* They do amazing work. Their arrangements are beautiful, on time, and creative. Everyone I've sent flowers to has always been impressed.* On the rare case that something goes wrong (like when the flowers wilted on a 105 degree day, they rapidly made it right. * Their team is delightful - easy going, kind, and always upbeat. * When I've had quick turn orders due to illness, death, births, etc. in other states, all I have to do is call them up, share the basic details and it's solved for without further thought. It's a beautiful thing to walk into your venue on your wedding day and have your eyes light up with your florals. When I initially went into my floral meeting with Jenny, I didn't give her much direction. I mean, let's be honest, I couldn't tell you the difference between a white orchid or a lily. While I was at the shop, I gave Jenny some ideas for what I'd like off Pinterest. I told Jenny to pick the flowers she thought would work best. She took full control. (What I also loved is that she looked to get me flowers that were in season and wouldn't drive price up.) She mentioned specific names of flowers and greenery, and I nodded not really knowing what I would get but trusting her experience. Texas Blooms delivered and exceeded my expectations. I have 0 complaints about the flowers on my wedding day. The centerpieces looked fabulous, the bouquet was heavenly, and the decor was stunning! EVERYTHING was perfect! Can you say perfect, outstanding and grand all in the same sentence to describe a company and the owner Michelle that outdid herself at my vow renewal. When you have the staff at the Renaissance Hotel saying that they were impressed, it has to say something of the level of expertise and knowledge that went into our floral arrangements that made it an integral part of our vow renewal. I wish I could describe the freshness of the flowers, the perfect arrangement and the spot on appearance this company did from pictures that we sent that were as if they came out of the magazine.
