I had a broken MacBook Air screen, you literally could not see anything! Sal fixed my screen and made it look brand new! ! I was having some issues with my laptop(Mac book pro). I mainly needed to have my battery replaced along with my speakers. Sal was professional and responsive from the get go. He was very honest on price and was willing to drive to my location at UCI (I'm a PhD student here) to fix the laptop.Fantastic, quick and professional service! I cannot recommend Salih enough.  He came to my home after I had spilled iced coffee on my airbook.  My computer was initially working and then gradually the screen began blacking out .  I am not a computer expert so I have to put my trust in people that know a whole heck of a lot more and I absolutely trusted Salih. He came to my home and took apart my computer to clean the possible corrosion.  While taking a part my computer my three boys surrounded him and asked multiple questions.  Salih didn't seem bothered by the intrusion and even explained to my boys what he was doing (ex "Taking the brains of the computer out" which if you have boys you know that they LOVE this.)  He put the computer back after cleaning and unfortunately that didn't work (he was very upfront about it probably not working from the beginning.) So he took the computer home to replace parts and told me it would be a week.  The computer was fixed the next day! It works wonderfully and I am so thankful! Salih is one of the most hardworking people I have ever met. I recently bought my PC and hired someone else to  build it and said it would take almost 2 weeks to finish. I then called Salih and told me he can finish it within a few hours he decided to come after work hours to my home and worked on my computer till 2:30 am! We also could not connect to the internet because I didn't have any ethernet port at the time, He then tells me to give him a call tomorrow and he will make sure everything is in order free of charge. My computer kept freezing and giving me a blue screen error message.  It was a mid afternoon on a Friday and I called and messaged several places but they said to bring it in on Monday.  I work from home and needed my computer asap.  Salih was great.  He worked on it over the weekend and I had my computer back on Monday.  I still had windows 8.1 on the desktop so he put loaded windows 10 and cleaned the inside as it was really dusty.  Its been over a month since he worked on it and its still running great and so much faster.  I'm happy with his work and will definitely use him again if needed.  I highly recommend. If I could give Salih 100 stars I would. He is nothing short of amazing. Salih is just super nice, kind and wants to solve your issue/complete upgrades asap and truly has a lot of pride in his work. I purchased a new Mac and was not able to transfer all of my data (a whole bunch of errors). Salih got to the job quickly and fixed a number of other items along the way. He installed anti virus software, helped me with double monitor setup and a number of other things for his flat rate service call. I then scheduled another service call and had him install parallels program on my Mac so that I can have PC capabilties (I use Quicken for PC). He helped me with several more items all for the one flat rate service call.When you meet him you will know he is your guy. He is very talented and humble. Salih was fast to rescue even when I was requesting the quotes at 1 AM. After my description, he was quick to diagnose that I need to replace my keyboard and gave me the quotes. Since I needed my laptop as quick as possible to study for the tests, Salih immediately ordered they keyboard and gave me the earliest day in his possibility. Also, he lost his office due to Covid and is currently mobile so his price was much cheaper than other places. I left my laptop at his place and came pick it up after an hour or so. I had a great experience with Tech Expert Guys. I experienced a blue screen of death on my three month old gaming desktop due to a windows 10 bug. I left a message and called me back within five minutes. After a few discovery questions to diagnose the problem. He came by at the promised time to my residence and spent the next two hours repairing my PC. He made several recommendations specific to security and access settings on my computer. Fantastic service! I had a MacBook Air that had been sitting in my closet collecting dust because Apple told me that it would cost ~$750 to repair battery corrosion caused by some age-old water spill. The computer couldn't hold a charge off of the plug. A lot of the independent repair stores required an appointment to drop off the computer for diagnosis before giving a quote, and imposed a non-refundable diagnosis fee. Salih responded promptly, gave me a very reasonable flat-rate quote, came and picked the laptop up from my house, and dropped it off a couple days later completely fixed. The owner contacted me, we discussed the problems I was experiencing, and and quoted me a very fair price. He ordered the parts came to my home repaired my laptop and all is well.
