I did a ton of shopping before I finally landed with Isai. Him and his team have already proven to be well worth their money! Due to covid the past 2 years my business has been stagnant cuz I've been waiting on licensure, as a result I have fees from the IRS that are pending. They have gone out of their way to ensure me that I don't have to worry about those they'll do everything they can to get rid of them, at no charge. Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Our team has 1000s of hours representing people that did not have an accountant or had a terrible one before the IRS. We wanted to create a service and product that helps our clients stay in compliance and avoid any trouble.
What do you love most about your job?
We love what we do and we love serving our clients. We are truly tax nerds.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love helping people. As the founder of this company I was inspired by my upbringing. I did not grow up with much means. My grandpa got a letter from the IRS and it scared him. I thought granpa was the strongest person ever, so I told him when I grow up I am going to become an accountant to protect you. In reality I became a tax lawyer, but that urge to be an advocate for the people never died. I have a great track record defending clients and was inspired to create a service that would protect my clients from getting in trouble.

Yes we can. We leave it up to the client. We put systems in place to make sure that the clients we serve always feel a connection to the people doing their work. So far everyone is happy this way.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of our clients all want to be on Zoom so we set our meetings around their expectations.
