Worked here right after I got back from a deployment, worst job I've ever had in my life, and I worked at a slaughter house cleaning up pig carcasses when I was in high school. Troy was a horrible boss. I worked their almost 4 years, made it from Guard to Corporal, Sargent, Luitenant. And had a crew of about 15 guys working under me before I left.

Statewide pays based on how well you know the owner and how much shit you will let him F*** you with. I was at my wits end by the time I left. Working 80-100hr weeks (without overtime) getting now sleep, making $15/hr. It was a deadend job for sure but I couldn't see it because Troy always left you waiting on a promise of a big raise or paying you what you were worth.

Anyone that says this is a good employer is lying through their teeth. I probably worked with 500 different Guards by the time I left and I was only in charge of 15 at a time. That's how high the turnover is for Working for this company. I always received my paycheck on time but my guards were constantly getting hosed with bad checks or just a week late check after working for the company for a few months. No one had direct deposit, despite the office gal telling me it only costs like $0.50/month per person. I guess Troy had a lot of black ink and blank checks to print, never could afford that $0.50/ person direct deposit. More...

I enjoy working for this company a lot of good job placement. A great place to work.
