I am shocked to hear that some of these reviewers had a poor experience as I have used Max and Stamford Limo for several years (30+ times per year. ..airport trips, NYC trips, etc) and I would never consider using another car service. His rates are fair, he has very nice Cadillacs and he is ALWAYS on time. Max even overnighted my phone once when I accidentally left it in his car on the way to the airport! We had a 6:00 am pickup going to JFK the driver Alberto was early,the car was brand new i believe,it still had the new car smell. He was friendly and brought water,helped with luggage and installed the carseats we brought for our travel.I had booked a return pickup and again the service was great on time & received call from driver after we landed he assured us a easy curbside pickup. I was worried about the carseat not being brought because we left it with them but it was already installed and we were picked up quickly. A very big help when travelling with little ones.
