We bring our dog Kali to Reserved Barking in Springfield for doggy day care several times a week. She loves it! She plays all day and sleeps very well at night. The staff are wonderful. It is obvious how much they are "dog people." They really bond with the dogs and take great care of them. We've been taking Kali for over a year now and plan to do so as long as we live here! This place is the best! Our German Shepherd, Emma, is so excited to go here. The reception area is always spotless and people who work the front desk are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have no guilt feelings for leaving her here while my family travels out of town a few times a year. Took my pooch in for her “interview”, to make sure she plays well with others . My first impression was great , we were greeted with a friendly face. I ask for a tour and was so impressed with first how clean it was, no doggy smell and to find out that the dogs are monitored by cameras, PLUS, someone is in the room with the dogs at all times! Love this place. My dog is not aggressive shes a barker but not aggressive. Petsmart had her one visit and determined her as aggressive so she was not allowed to board. Our Vizsla, Gunner, just returned from his first day care and boarding stay at RB. He came home worn out (which is a good sign that he had a good time). The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. They took time to tell us all about his stay and answered all out questions. We also had our first training session with Brian, their resident trainer. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and worked really well with Gunner. Reserved barking has always been a favorite especially since the Alexandria location was down the street from my kids school. Once they moved, it wasn't as convenient until now with the new Springfield location. I'm not sure about the negative reviews, but when we first visited I received a tour and my dog has never had any injuries or come home ill. I was skeptical about the whole daycare thing when we first got our puppy (Bunker). I had read so many reviews on so many places, good and bad. After asking around the neighborhood and hearing nothing but good things about Reserved Barking we decided to bring him there. After using daycare service a few times now, I'd have to say he loves going. He's always excited to hop out of the car and run to the door. Once inside the staff is very friendly and greets him by name. He gets to play and I can rest easy knowing he's in a good place with a staff that loves dogs. I highly recommend Reserved Barking. This daycare has been such a blessing! I've used both the Alexandria and Springfield locations and couldn't be happier. My rescue pup, Brodie, was terrified of other daycares we tried before. He loves the pack leaders here - they are careful and loving towards him. He is so excited when he gets dropped off once a week - his little nubbin wags the entire way from the car to when he gets to see his friends. The staff members are also super accommodating and respectful. They make me feel safe and comfortable leaving my little guy with them. They also take the time to evaluate dogs so no one joins the pack that would bully other dogs. Brodie's favorite part is the AMAZING outdoor space and quality time he gets to spend outside. Most of the competition didn't do outdoor bathroom breaks, which was extremely important to me, especially while Brodie was potty training. I have been a Reserved Barking customer since they opened their Alexandria location years ago. Bilal and his staff have always gone above and beyond to take care of Holly. Holly loves to come to daycare and always comes home exhausted from playing with her friends. I've also boarded Holly on multiple occasions with great success. Bottom line, she loves it here and so do I. I've recently started going to the Springfield location and would also rate this location at 5 stars...the staff and service are outstanding.

Great People, Great Place! I left my yellow Lab puppy, Roxy, with the kind folks in the Springfield office in mid December. What a great group of people.

You can tell that the whole crew are true dog lovers by the way they interact with your pet. They understand how much your pet means to you. They "Get it."

The place is clean and orderly and the space is well thought out with CCTV to observe the pets. The have socialization indoors and trips outside for exercize.

I also got a lovely email from the young lady who took in Roxy, giving get me a progress report and several pictures. You could tell that this wasn't a form letter but an actual personal response, which was important to me.

The only thing I could possibly ask for would be if pet owners could access the closed circuit TV from the Internet to check up on their loved one.

That said, this is truly a remarkable place. They don't treat your dog as a commodity, but as part of your family.

They are great, my puppy , Tesla has only been going for two weeks, she loves it. I received a call today , the staff noticed Tesla either bit the inside of her mouth or while playing maybe another dogs tooth hit her mouth, the staff looked at it, looks like a blood blister, Tesla only let them look a few seconds she had better things to do, it is not bother her at all. They care for my fur baby just like a child's daycare, which I would except nothing less,our 4 legged fur babies are our kids.

Reserved Barking is Baxter’s happy place! Starting on I-95 until we arrive, he feels the need to tell the world through his non-stop barking that he’s heading to “work” as we call it (in the event he feels the need to contribute to the household). Love this place! My 8 mos old puppy was a bit hesitant at first, but after only a few days, he now leads the way to get inside. Every employee I have met so far seems to love what they are doing. I appreciated the detailed evaluation they gave my dog on his first visit, and their recommendations were fair (if they were after money - they could have recommended he come "every day for improved socialization skills", but they were honest and said two days a week would help.) Their prices are fair and I love the fact that he gets to spend so much time playing outside when the weather is nice. I've been taking my dog to Reserved Barking at Springfield since December of 2016 and we couldn't be happier. What an amazing group of people! My dog is SO excited when I take him in the mornings and greets all employees. They welcome him with open arms - it's so wonderful! The facility is clean and has a lot of great space for the pups to romp around in. I love that they have an enclosed outdoor area, too!
