What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We are a full service accounting firm. Although our primary areas are bookkeeping and income tax preparation, we can provide financial statement analysis, business projections and succession planning.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Accounting is the foundation of your business. Accurate information is the key to making sound business decisions. Implementing tax reducing strategies will allow you to keep more of your hard earned money.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. Whether that is better understanding tax rules or implementing strategies to reduce taxes, I am always to invest whatever time is necessary to make sure you are recieving the level of service you desire and deserve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The ability to provide excellent service at a lower cost. Working for an a larger accounting firm results in a higher billing rate. That is just a function of the industry. As a small practice I am able to control my overhead and pass those savings along to my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I go above and beyone to provide my clients with the best service possible. In addition, given my lower overhead, I provide my services at a cost that is significantly lower than other accountants with my years of experience. I hope those two things combined, makes a difference for every one of my clients, large and small.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I am happy to spend as much time with my clients as may be necessary, but with today's technology it is no longer necessary to meet face to face. I use Zoom to have personal meetings online, and I use a tax portal to send and receive documents securely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Over 90% of our meetings are done remotely. When we do meet at my location, weather permitting, we meet outside alongside the pond at our development. Otherwise we meet at a local coffee house that has strong Covid practices.

Bookkeeping
Are you handling your own books? Are you short staffed? You can count on me to handle your bookkeeping and keep your accounting processes streamlined and accurate. I can provide weekly, semi-weekly or monthly bookkeeping and accounting services that can include but are not limited to: A/R, A/P, original entry, month-end close, business projections and variance analysis.
