What do you love most about your job?
I'm passionate about inspiring successful outcomes. Whether it's enhancing leadership skills, receiving a promotion, making a career change, negotiating a severance package, starting a new position, changing companies, starting up a business, retiring early, relocating to a warmer climate, improving relationships, gaining confidence... what I love most are the professional and personal achievements.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in Corporate senior leadership roles in Healthcare, Global Pharma, and IT for more than 30 years before retiring. I have always enjoyed coaching, mentoring, developing individuals and teams. The inspiration to start my own business resulted from a series of life altering events which gave me a new perspective as a leader. I founded One True You Coaching so that I could provide guidance and support to other professionals who were experiencing transition and challenge in their careers and life.
