How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition. A well-balanced diet provides your body with the nutrients it needs to maintain increased energy throughout your day and helps your body grow and recover faster. When combined with an exercise regimen, the results can be transformational, both physically and mentally. My educational background (Master's degree in Health) uniquely positions me to offer my clients a holistic approach to their training.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Discipline, perseverance, and patience are a good start. Set realistic and attainable goals and have a long-term approach so that you can maintain your ideal body. A holistic approach is required to achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind. You must incorporate both exercise and good nutrition for long-term results.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always been passionate about transferring knowledge to others. This is why I chose to teach as my profession. Seeing the results that my clients achieve and watching them transform their lives is what fuels my passion for my profession. In fact, I do not consider it a job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt that having my own business afforded me the best opportunity to make the greatest contribution to my clients. I can incorporate my health and fitness techniques without having to follow a one size fits all approach to training. I personally design my own client's routines that best suit them and help them achieve their desired results.
