What do you love most about your job?
Helping others reach their personal goals and seeing the progress, with therapy there can be some setbacks - having realistic goals and expectations is key, and I am here to guide you through that journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion as a therapist drove me to start my own business- I have a background in Social Work working within hospice care. I can service all of Virginia since I work via telehealth platforms.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being that I am online they are not subjected to a waiting room.
Therapy
I am an MSW, Pre-Licensed LCSW in Virginia. I am accepting new clients at this time. The sessions will be performed via Telehealth platforms. During the free consultation, we will discuss your plan of care ensuring we are a good therapy fit. The interventions you will learn to implement will assist you in addressing symptom management, aligned with your therapy goals. I have five-plus years of experience in treating various populations dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, abonnement issues, as well as other disorders. I manage you as a whole while teaching you the skills you need to achieve a successful therapeutic outcome.
I offer a safe non-judgemental positive environment. The treatment can include individuals that face a new diagnosis.
