What information do you need from a client before you start work?
Please provide any information you can before we began a project together, such as examples of what you've done in the past, examples of what your competitors are doing, brand guidelines and logo assets (if you have them), target audience, and required specifications. I have TypeForms that can be filled out to gather information, as well.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
I can provide all types of printing as a print broker. I work with area wholesale printers to get you the price and/or turn around time that you need. Quality printing with quantities of 50 to 10,000 or more.
Describe your creative process.
Most of the designs I create go something like this: I'll let the ideas swim around in my head for as long as time permits. Then, I start "sketching," either on the computer by putting images, fonts, and shapes together or sometimes I just use good old pencil and paper. Sketches evolve to something that makes sense and I build on that.
What do you love most about your job?
I love it when my clients are "Wowed" by my work. Whether it is because I succeeded or exceeded in interpreting their vision or I was able to make their vision a reality within the timeframe and budget they desired. Either way, they are pleased and that pleases me.
