She made the process of renting a party bus for our senior’s prom, effortless and was quickly responsive to any questions or changes we had. Will 100% use Fortune again for any transportation needs and highly recommend them to anybody in the Philadelphia area to get their kids to and from their special event safely and in exquisite style! I was impressed with the customer service for my Limo rental. My daughter and grandson were flying back from Disney and Universal, and I wanted to surprise them. The Gentleman I made the reservation with, made sure the driver did not tell them while confirming pick up times and where at the airport. He also stayed in close touch with them, as their fight was delayed. They were exhausted, but gleefully surprised and picked up right on time after their long delay. They had a comfortable, luxurious ride home and so appreciated the prompt and courteous service they received. My 12 year old grandson was especially excited, as he had never been in a limo before. It was the icing on the cake after their adventures for 10 days at Disney and Universal! I will certainly highly recommend Fortune Transportation to any one needing transportation in style or otherwise, and will call them for my grandson's proms, as I have three yet to graduate. We have used Fortune Transportation for several years now for transportation to and from our home to Liberty Airport in Newark, NJ. Ilona has ALWAYS been kind, courteous and prompt with her quotes for transportation as well as always had a driver available even when has been last minute. Her quotes/receipts always have a concise, clear breakdown of costs and we have NEVER been overcharged for service or had prices change "last minute". The drivers that have been sent are always courteous, helpful and show up a tad early to make sure they are there to assist with any luggage or car seats. The vehicles are well maintained, clean and most importantly, safe. When we are picked up from the airport for our return ride, the drivers are always waiting patiently in a cell lot a phone call away for once we disembark. We have never been "left hanging" waiting for the driver to get to the airport. Lastly, the drivers are always safe, mindful and they go the extra mile make sure we are comfortable (temperature, music preferences etc) Having been a customer for several years now and having "tried" other companies and Uber for other solutions, I can safely say that we will exclusively use Fortune Transportation for all of our private transportation needs and I fully endorse them to others. My family and I went to NYC for the day. We had an excellent driver that was so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He even recommended a restroom stop before heading into nyc which was a great idea with the holiday crowds! We used the mini coach bus and it was great having access to it to get us around when we needed. Ilona was so helpful with what transportation we needed and answered all my questions. She is so nice! Our driver was right for on time and very professional. Got us to the airport in plenty of time. Same driver picked us up (Brian). Contacted us the day before our trip so we knew he was goi g to be there. He tracked our flight and was there as we exited customs. Made our trip easy and not stressful !
