Our websites are built to inform, communicate, promote, sell, convert, and interact. Building a website that connects with your audience in a real and authentic way is the most important element. Our primary objective is to deliver on the goals we set together.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Who is your primary target market?
Secondary target market?
What perceptions does your target audience currently have of your company?
Who are you competitors?
What are you currently using/doing for your branding/marketing?
What is working for you and what is not?
What is your main goal for users on your website?
What is your secondary goal of your website?
Describe your creative process.
Our process follows this proven and easy to recall pattern: ABCD
A) Actions: What action do you desire from the audience you are targeting? What actions would you like them to take as a result of your design, ad, message?
B) Brand Message: Branding is a memorable relationship. What type of relationship do you want with the customer? What is the takeaway messaging from it?
C) Creative: We brainstorm all the ways to accomplish A and B. Simply put, this is where we decide what will work and what won’t work for your desired action and message.
D) Design/Development: We take the idea(s) from C and begin the design process. We choose colors, typography, styles, and images that work well to accomplish A, B, and C.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Project details, timeline, and budget. We will go through our discovery interview process with them before beginning work.
What do you love most about your job?
At the risk of sounding too cliché I really enjoy helping people. It's fun to get to know people of all walks of life and their businesses and ideas. When I see them accomplishing the goals we set together and getting real results I get excited. This job is awesome because in order to be successful the work has to be collaborative. I love that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Frankly, my talents weren't being fully utilized where I worked before and I had a different vision for my life. I felt like there was so much more I could do to help the clients at the business I worked at before. We were only helping them in one key area so it was incomplete. The main goal for my new agency was to expand into these other key areas and increase the return and value we provided our clients. I'm proud of the talent that I've assembled and the awesome brands we've been fortunate to work with.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a proven process. This is the biggest key to our success and the success of those we partner with for their brands. In the 10 years since I've started my agency it has grown and evolved as we've discovered better ways to serve our clients. We've added talent in new content areas like photography, video, and more. We've forged relationships with partners that specialize in things like digital marketing, social media, and business operations. These are all resources that we provide to our clients in addition to full service branding to help them be successful. It's a beautiful, collaborative partnership.
