This was by far the most unprofessional handler I’ve ever met. I had a few questions regarding the service dog program (I’m a newbie and trying to find someone patient who can educate me), and she never anctually answered while continuously belittling me. I’m not sure if she was deflecting or what the deal was. She was rude, demeaning, and confrontational throughout the whole process. Take your dogs literally anywhere else… More...
