My husband and I like Kelly's compassion for animals and the experience and knowledge she brings from being a vet tech - we know if anything comes up in our absence she'll certainly know what to do! We are very comfortable with our cats in her care at our home for extended periods of time. She is a trustworthy person who adds extra value by looking out for our home as well.

Kelly went above and beyond my expectations! She gave shots to my diabetic cat 2x a day for 7 days and fed my shy kitty as well. Kelly also took care of my pets despite her entire family (including herself) getting ill. Excellent follow up and attention to detail. Kelly made home visits to take care of my two kittens while we were out of town for Thanksgiving. It was a huge relief leaving my fur babies in the hands of someone with tech experience. She texted me picture updates during the week and left me a daily visit log of what she did during each visit. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her for my future pet sitting needs!! Kelly made me feel so at peace with leaving my two dogs (basically my children) in her care. I have never used an in home pet care service or ever boarded my dogs so it was all new to me. She made sure to explain everything to me carefully and thoroughly. She sent me updates and even pictures of my babies when she went to my home(even the fish too!!). They loved her and knew they were being taken care of by an awesome woman. She even got my mail and watered my plants! And even cleaned up a pee stain my dog had made inside. Kelly came in daily while we were on vacation to care for our two cats, Fiona and Gus. I was so impressed with the updates we would get that included a report on the cats and pictures of Kelly interacting with them. I highly recommend Chewie Boots!

I can't stress enough how FANTASTIC Kelly is! We had to suddenly leave town due to my MIL getting ill. I had never worked with her before and looked on FB in the moms group to find recommendations. Kelly was suggested so I texted her. I needed to leave that day and my mind was frantic. She took the time to meet me and my pets that same day and was very understanding that I didn't really have a set plan of when I was was to return or what would be needed. She was kind and professional. Sadly, we had to stay for over a week out of town, but Kelly took such good care of my dog and my cat. I had so much going on personally, that is was such a relief to not have to worry about what was going on at home. I felt at ease with her amazing app. She sent updates and photos multiple times a day. She brought in my mail and even took out the trash to the curb (something that had completely slipped my mind in all the chaos!). Kelly (from Chewie Boots) is great! I've had her take care of my dog when I can't be there for a few months now. I really appreciate that she's responsible and leaves detailed notes about the visit. Plus, she's flexible which is great--because sometimes the dog gets sick and you still have to go to work and you're feeling super stressed and then you text Kelly and she is available and you can breathe easy and start your day.
