So I showed up at the food truck round up as they were shutting down hoping to score a late lunch to bring home for me and the hubs, but not sure anyone would still be serving, some of the trucks were already gone. Guy was in the window and they were still serving. I ordered two buffalo chicken wraps. Service was quick and friendly, despite the fact that they probably wanted to roll on out of there since the event had ended, so huge points for that. That sandwich tho omg! The ingredients looked simple enough (so simple I was worried but it was packed with chicken and cheese and leaf lettuce which was good cuz I hate romaine) but wow! I was halfway through it and had to set it down and walk away it was so good! Will be back to try the Thai one next time I see them. More...

At the California wrap Runner food truck out for my bicycle race. They were able to serve food that people raved about, and we're super friendly in doing so. Love the healthy and varied menu perfect for this group. Affordable way to feed both my volunteers and the spectators. I really love this food truck. Their portions are huge and they recently dropped their prices. The owner is super friendly and happy to make accommodations. As someone with a lot of dietary restrictions, it's been nice to find a food truck willing to make sure I can eat at festivals! I had this Thai sweet chili salad at People's Fair last Saturday. It was incredible. I searched out their brick and mortar and found it at the Anschutz Campas of Univ of Colo Hospital. Not easy to find but I found it inside a health sciences bldg after a good 20 min drive around. The one I had today at the restaurant was mediocre compaired to the food truck at People's Fair. Delicious! I had them for lunch. Enjoyed a wildfire wrap that was very generously sized, loaded with vegetables and chicken. The heat was perfect - it was full flavored but not so hot that it was uncomfortable to eat. I wanted something healthy but would last me all day - this definitely did it! Awesome restaurant inside CU Anschutz Heath and Wellness Center. Healthy food options, great smoothies and serving Pablo's Coffee. My favorites are the Greek wrap (all wraps can also be salads). Service is always friendly and food is ready lightning fast, so great for short lunch breaks. Can also order online for quick pickup. I have celiac disease, so eating out is always a gamble. These guys were amazing! The salad was very good, not earth-shattering, but I mean. ..it's a salad. However, they listened to me about my illness, changed their gloves and took extra precautions to make sure my food was safe. And that speaks highly to me! Probably the freshest and cleanest food truck in Colorado. Food was fast but still made to order. The service is always awesome and the staff and owner are amazing. I see this truck at some of the biggest, invite-only events in Colorado so they must be doing something right. I'd take some of the negative reviews on here with a grain of salt. 2 poor reviews are from competing trucks who are jealous of their success and using underhanded ways to harm the good reputation of another company. Their Facebook reviews are more accurate and Facebook can automatically weed out false reviews, Google cannot. More...

We had Wrap Runner up for a catering event for our company picnic for 250 people. Â They were able to do trays of the wraps plus salad and had offerings for Sun Chips and other items. Â They were on time for arrival, did a nice set-up, provided more than enough food for our team and the staff was courteous and helpful. I stumbled upon this food truck along with several others. The wraps are huge and totally filling. They are loaded with veggies and a good balance of meat. The staff is incredible and super fast. This food is not processed as previously mentioned and completely fresh. It's also the cleanest food truck I have ever scene. I've had both the wildfire and buffalo chicken wraps and was not disappointed in either. This is a health conscious food truck yet I was stuffed after one buffalo chicken wrap. It's a change of pace to have something like this not in the main stream of burgers and pizzas all the time. You won't be dissappointed. More...

Tried California wrap runner for the first time at this year's Northglenn food truck carnival. It was pretty awesome and the lines were much shorter this year with a wait time of around 5 min from the time I ordered until my food was ready.
