Describe your creative process.
We take a collaborative approach to all of our projects. The Caffeinated team consists of a project manager, a graphic designer, a developer, and a website maintenance specialist, along with a tribe of contractors we can pull in as needed.
Each project starts out with a detailed questionnaire and online consultation meeting. We perform due diligence including competitive research, brainstorm, mind map, and leverage Pinterest boards for inspiration and to ensure that each client's brand is unique. All projects are mocked up and provided to the client for approval and include two rounds of changes with the exception of logo design, for which revisions are UNLIMITED until approved (we think it's that important that you LOVE your logo!)
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We'll provide a client intake form which will allow clients to easily provide any information that we may require, from contact information to branding preferences. Each client has a portal where they can access their forms and other documents any time.
What do you love most about your job?
What don't I love about it? It's collaborative, creative, challenging, energizing, and so rewarding.
