Scott did a fantastic job helping us find a one story house that could be converted to an open floor plan and meet all ADA requirements. Once we found the house Scott designed a beautiful open floor plan that met all of our requirements and requests. Scott completed a full set of stamped blue prints that included two new hidden support beams to carry the load of the walls that were removed. His professionally done plans and blue prints were exactly what our contractor need to obtain the necessary building permits. As expected when the plans were submitted to the City building officials they were completely satisfied that the plans and blue prints met all of South Carolina's adoptions of the ICC building requirements.
