Our typical process is easy as 1-2-3. We usually jump on an intro phone call or zoom meeting with you. Before quoting we like to discuss your project in details to see if we are a good fit. We also want to understand your needs and goals to accurately price our services. Once we agree on a scope of work, we send you a proposal that includes a detailed scope of work, timeline including milestones and pricing. We then get to work, keeping informed every step of the way. Questions we usually ask our clients:

1) What are your goals and do you have a timeline?
2) Do you already have a website? I so, what platform are you using? What do you like and dislike about your current website?
3) What is your budget?
4) Top 5 competitors?
5) Do you have examples of websites you like?
6) Do you have branding for your company? Logos, Fonts, Colors.
7) How tech savvy are you? Can you maintain your own website?
8) What is important to you when working with a web designer or an ad agency?

Every client is different, so we adapt to their situation and requirements. We work closely with our customers to provide a professional experience and deliver quality work.

What's NOT to love? Meeting new entrepreneurs, small business owners. I love working with them in making their vision come to life and watching them grow. Our services are scalable. Most of our clients come to us with limited resources and are looking for guidance to make the puzzle work. Every piece of the puzzle needs to fit just right! I love the creativity aspect of my job but most of all I like being part of my clients' success stories.

Hi, I'm France Jubinville, the founder of AdGroup Miami. I've worked for Advertising Agencies since 1995.
After two decades of learning how to grow businesses from the best in the industry I realized something.
In order to truly help small business owners, I had to first become one myself! In 2015, I walked away from my job at National Communications and dove into the world of entrepreneurship and I haven't looked back. I founded a boutique agency called Hooked On Social and recently rebranded the company to better reflect our new business model and services. Same team, with a few new members. We are now, proudly AdGroup Miami.
Our passion is to help small business owners get a piece of the pie within budget. We do so by being super creative and outsmarting your competitors.
