What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent many years working in corporate America and really enjoyed my time, but wanted an opportunity to focus solely on the coaching individuals.

I am highly motivated and customize my service to each client. I limit the amount of clients I accept so that I can ensure I am dedicating my services to you.

Yes, I only operate remotely and use zoom to meet with my clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I only operate remotely. I also discuss in my sessions if clients are concerned or struggling with Covid-19 related issues.
Career Coaching
My areas of expertise include career development, career coaching, performance enhancement, resume revisions, and interview preparation. I am passionate about helping people find fulfillment in their career and I focus on customizing my coaching and support to each individual's needs and desires. My aim is to ensure you feel confident and have clear actions to pursue your career goals! My coaching rate is $175/hr - if you prepay 3 sessions, you will receive the 4th session free.
Resume Review
Over 10 years of experience in HR and many hours helping employees revise and customize resumes to best position them for achieving their next career move. My standard rate for early career professionals (0-3 years of experience) is $100 mid career (3-6 years of experience) is $125 and later career (>6 years of experience) is $175.
I can also help customize a cover letter for an additional $50.
