What do you love most about your job?

Helping each client recognize and understand their unique talents. And then helping them create a visible path to that future success is so rewarding. Out of everything I do, coaching is what I most love to do.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After years of watching candidates get bad coaching advice from people who were never hiring managers or recruiters, I began helping my family and friends with their resumes or preparing for interviews. I started working with a boutique executive search firm on Wall Street, then transitioned to HS guidance and spent the majority of my previous years working in career services at various institutions. My reputation grew so much that I had to charge for my services but I am still excited with each new potential client to help connect them to opportunity!

Why should our clients choose you?

We have successfully helped thousands of clients with their career concerns for over 20 years. In addition to our own recruiting experience as managers or leaders in HR, we have developed a network of over 15,000 recruiters, HR contacts and hiring managers. This gives us unique insights to keep our clients updated on the latest employment trends and aware of proven insider knowledge of successful best practices during our coaching / consulting sessions.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, we can provide our services online or remotely and have done so primarily for over 20 years. We have communicated with clients via phone, text, email or video conference.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I rarely meet customers in person and most of my services have been performed online via video conference, phone, email or text. The entire CareerWize Solutions team and myself have been fully vaccinated and boosted.
