Everyone needs a Donna!
3 months prior to our wedding the on the day coordinator we had booked informed us they were not longer offering their services, naturally creating unnecessary stress. Little did we know this was a complete blessing in disguise. We reached out to Donna Winning Events and within a day we instantly felt relaxed and even happier with how things were going. Donna was so attentive that it felt like she’d been planning with us from day one.
As with any wedding communication is pivotal, Donna provided us weekly updates via WhatsApp and communicated with all our suppliers weekly from 6 weeks until the wedding day.
The wedding day, wow, due to classic British weather in August our dreams of an outside wedding were well and truly washed away. Donna and her team, Jessica, effortlessly took everything in their stride and made the most magical inside venue for us utilising all the decorations and flowers we had arranged.
Guests were moved around throughout the day and the wedding breakfast room was decorated exactly how we had dreamed.

I would highly recommend Wonderland Events who provided a really superb De Luxe Wake for my dear dad’s Celebration of Life last month. I was impressed with the Wonderland Events Website and the communication between myself and Greg was good. Greg and his team set up everything as requested in the local church hall as well as delivering a selection of platters to my home address to accommodate family after the service. There were around 80 guests in total and I have received numerous compliments about the variety and sheer quality of the food. The waitress who attended with Greg was also superb: polite, respectful and very efficient. A+++++

I just wanted to say a HUGE thanks for our lovely Bell Tent. Probably the best camping (glamping) experience we have ever had as a family. Everyone commented on how stunning it looked, and we certainly turned heads with it. It was a really hot & sunny weekend, so when it was too hot we just unzipped the bottom (so easy) and relaxed with the children out of the sun with fresh air flowing through and a picture perfect view. Pure bliss. Cannot wait to do it again! Although the children are now requesting a Harry Potter Goblet of fire themed one for next time.

When we settled on a destination wedding in Sorrento, Italy we decided that we’d need some help sourcing everything for our big day. That’s when we hired Steffi! She has a great eye for detail which meant that all of the vendors she recommended were of a high standard (while in budget) and her styling made the room look stunning on the day. You know your wedding planner’s good when you even have guests commenting on how brilliant she is.
From remembering to take my hotel room key when I left to walk down the aisle and making the wedding rings appear at the altar after the groom had forgotten them, we couldn’t have asked for a more helpful wedding planner.
