I started working with Tim about 2 years ago, he was recommended to me by a friend. Before starting therapy with Tim, I had been to various counsellors who I just couldn't seem to gel with or get along with and it definitely seemed as if they were only doing it for business purposes, Tim is the complete opposite of this. Tim is so different to every other counsellor I have ever been in contact with, he has made me feel validated, safe and worthy of life. He has helped me see my strengths but also has helped me identify my weaknesses in a non-judgemental way and help me tackle them/see them in a different way. He has helped me get the right results and better results from relationships in my life whether that be platonic or romantic. Tim is always there to help, whether you have a therapy session booked or you need a question answering. He has been a safe space for me to turn to when I felt like I had absolutely nobody.
My therapy appointments take place via Zoom/Whatsapp/Google meet and Tim just sends me over a link which I click and can access the meeting straight away, it is very easy and straight forward to set up a session with him - he is always making Tim for you and will definitely go above and beyond if he can! You never feel obliged to book weekly sessions with Tim, just whatever suits your schedule he is happy with- even if you can't meet for a month or even if you dont meet for 6 months, a simple message and he is ready to start therapy sessions again with you no problem at all! Honestly I could write paragraphs and paragraphs about how much of a wonderful therapist Tim really is, he definitely deserves all the credit he gets, but I think if you try a session for yourself, you'll definitely agree with all my points and definitely won't regret it! Thankyou for everything you've done for me so far Tim.

My aim is to provide short term therapy for long term results. I take a modern approach and my ethos is if someone has been suffering for a long time with an issue, then why delay finding the root cause of this any longer than necessary. I’ve been trained by Marisa Peer in person in London and I use her cutting edge technique of Rapid Transformational Therapy to heal things at the root, in the subconscious mind.

After first meeting Laura at one of her self-love workshops we had a great chat, and it was clear that she is really passionate about what she does. I had RTT done twice; one was a shorter session as part of the workshop, and the second was a full 2-hour RTT session as part of the Abundance Blueprint course. Both sessions were great and led me to have some real “lightbulb” moments that made me reflect on why I was harbouring certain beliefs and behaviours. The hypnosis recordings she provides are personalised, and I found them to be lovely and soothing. My experience with Laura has been wonderful and would recommend her to anyone 😊.

Mandy helped me overcome personal mental health issues and helped me develop a positive outlook on my life. She has a kind and genuine caring nature and will do what ever she can to help you. She comes highly recommended from me as she was the only one who helped me when traditional therapies could not, the havening technique is absolutely amazing the concept most people will not understand but experienceing the therapy I can 100% say that it works and in an extremely short period of time especially when compared to the traditional methods. Mandy also taught me the technique to self haven so she enables you to begin to take control of your own recovery on a daily basis. I also was introduced to the oils which have had great benefits especially in calming and reducing anxiety and will continue to use them as much as possible. Thank you Mandy and your definitely highly recommended in my books :) x

I love most about my job when i observe clients regain their hope for the future, when I can help facilitate their journey toward the light at the end of the tunnel and they can again have faith in their own strengths, skills and knowledge, never gone, just lost in the dark for a while.
I wanted to be my own boss without the restrictions of limited sessions many organisations now work to. To have time for me and my family.
I am human just like my like my clients, I have experienced my own life challenges and so will always be honest and respectful of my clients journey, my role is to support them as they once more find their path, finding and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, its always there, it might be a long tunnel or short, everyone's tunnel is different but there is always a way out into the light, the challenge is to keep going even when you think there is no hope, there is always hope.
