Well where to start with this review. I contacted Hayley a couple of weeks before my wedding (last min I know) and I was surprised she had availability on the date we were getting married. When I say this woman was amazing would be an understatement. Her communication was excellent and everytime I contacted her I always received a prompt response. On the lead up to my wedding she contacted me to arrange trips etc and was so helpful to me it instantly made me feel at ease. On the day of my wedding she turned up 1.5hrs early and patiently waited for us to finish getting ready, and when I met her she instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed, she was so bubbly and happy it made me feel even more happy for choosing her and Lyla. Hayley really did go above and beyond for us. Even allowing us to pick our own music to listen to on the way to the ceremony and put location where we had photos. We can’t forget Lyla either. Absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted even the flowers Hayley put on her I was so excited and happy when I saw her pull up. We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful camper for our big day. Hayley drove us in her beautiful VW campervan on our wedding day. She made sure she had all the details correct, decorated the van in our colours and turned up early to allow time for some photos which she kindly took for us. Both to the ceremony and reception she took the scenic route to allow us time to enjoy the experience of being in such a cool vehicle which we loved. I booked Hayley and Lyla for my daughter's wedding as she has always wanted a camper van herself, and they couldn't have been more perfect. I was worried that Lyla might find a trip into the depths of South London a bit much on the hottest day of the year, but I shouldn't have worried as she turned up bang on time, looking lovely, complete with fans and cooled water. Hayley was really friendly, great fun and is clearly very experienced at weddings, keeping everyone calm and happy. You can really see and feel the love she has put into making Lyla so beautiful. We had the most amazing day, and Lyla had a big starring role, sitting outside the reception as an ideal spot for photo opportunities. Hayley even took some fabulous photos herself that she sent to us afterwards. We hired Billy Lovebug the VW convertible for our wedding last Saturday and the process of getting a quote, hiring and then on the day was faultless. Hayley cares so much about each and every detail and is such a kind and genuine person. I hired Lyla lovebus for my wedding day, I wanted a car that I had enough space for my bridesmaids and my parents and Lyla ticked every box. I had the best part of the day whilst travelling to the venue, we sung, laughed and took lots of photos and Hayley was the perfect chauffeur. Hayley’s been available to talk to through the whole pandemic when we rearranged our date 3 times, she’s been more than helpful and always contacting me first to make sure I was okay after each announcement! Me and my husband booked lyla and the camper van for our wedding last weekend and the service from start to finish was amazing. I felt so calm and at ease on the journey, both ladies were amazing! My bridesmaids and flower girls had a ball in the camper, laughing and singing! They even stayed around for a while to have the coolest photos ever and nothing was too much! From the start Hayley was always on it and responded to my message almost instantly. We booked Lyla the campervan for our wedding day and my husband and I absolutely loved it - also my father, bridesmaids and page boys! We all had a fabulous wedding day and Hayley was a massive part of that. She even had the van decorated in sunflowers to fit with our theme. Also, she took some beautiful photos of our day (ones that our photographer couldn't capture as she wasn't in the right place at the right time) 5 star service. Recommended 100%. We used V Dub Rides for our wedding day last weekend, we hired Billy Lovebug. Hayley is super friendly and has always been responsive to any questions we have asked. On our wedding day Simon arrived early and was very professional and helpful throughout the day. He stayed longer than he had to, to make sure we got all the photos we needed. I am smiling at the thought of writing this review because i have such fond and funny memories from our wedding day. I keep saying to my husband it was probably the best part of the day! My now husband had booked Lyla, the camper van as a birthday surprise and addition to our wedding day. Hayley arrived to pick my bestie and I up from the hotel and the instant we laid eyes on both of them we fell in love. The journey was full of laughter and singing. Hayley made me feel so calm and relaxed before going into the ceremony. I really feel like she was such a big part of our day and i will never forget her. Hayley has now done two weddings for our family. She is a vivacious and fun lady and both times we have been delighted with the service. What can we say about Billy and Hayley?The car is brilliant and a real eye catcher but what makes it so special is Hayley and her attitude. She is fun, friendly, warm and enthusiastic. I hired the beautiful split screen camper (Lyla) for my very soon to be Bride. Hayley couldn't have been any more helpful and lovely! Having spoken to her on the phone, email and via Watts app, she provided an extremely pleasant and relaxing service. She looked after my wife to be and her party before the church, and then my wife and I back to High House (via a longer route at our choice). Would highly recommend, Hayley & Steve were really lovely & great fun. We had lyla love bus for our bridesmaids, flower girls, pageboys and my mum our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed their journey, with Hayley tooting along the way and sitting in lyla after the ceremony they didn’t want to get out. Myself and my husband went for a short ride in Elodie after the ceremony which was really lovely. The whole booking process was super straight forward and Hayley was a joy to deal with from the start . We would just like to say a massive thank you to Hayley and her beautiful Beetle for making all of my wedding dreams come true! I'd always wanted a vintage VW Beetle as my wedding car since I was a little girl and after searching high and low I came across V Dub Rides. From the first email Hayley was friendly, kind and so helpful. She arranged for us to view the car at another wedding first to make sure we were happy (which I knew I would be anyway!) And then we booked them for our special day. The Beetle is gorgeous, a real asset to any vintage/rustic barn wedding like our own. It certainly got a lot of attention!
