What makes a great website?
A great website starts with asking the right questions. I need to know the basics first: What does your company do? What are the products and services you offer? Who are your customers? Who are your competitors? Most of all I need to know what you expect to achieve from launching a new website - the business requirement. That will form the focus point of our creative efforts.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I need to know the basics first in all cases: What does your company do? What are the products and services you offer? Who are your customers? Who are your competitors? Most of all I need to know what you expect to achieve from working with us. This forms the basis of our brief and the framework for our creative efforts.
What do you love most about your job?
I love adding huge value to businesses by implementing a proven marketing system. There is huge satisfaction in helping a client realise their vision and as a virtual member of their team, contribute to the success of their business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been self employed my whole career (over 25 years). Every day is different and offers new opportunities.

My experience means I can understand and solve clients' problems quickly, helping them to get to where they want to be faster.
