I have been training with Discover personal training for a few months now and I've enjoyed every moment. Naomi really knows her stuff when it comes to nutrition and exercise. Her workouts are really fun and achievable, but she also works you hard in a good way, she monitors your progress well which really helps motivation and gives out info sheets on healthy living after each session which is such a nice little extra. Definitely recommend!

Naomi gave me a thorough consultation, took measurements and gave me a fitness test before designing a programme of exercises to help me achieve the level of fitness I want. She advises on what foods to eat to complement the fitness plan. During training sessions Naomi is very encouraging without being over pushy, she makes you want to try that little bit harder each time. I have a gentle friendly approach to coaching. I can get you to your fitness goals without screaming at you and making you do things you hate.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Commitment! There is no right or wrong body type, but if you want to make changes to your physique it will take commitment and trust in the process
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing clients notice the small changes they weren’t expecting when starting their health and fitness journey. People often come in to “get fit”, “build muscle” or “tone up” but it’s when clients tell me they can crawl around with their children for longer, sleep through the night, recover from illness quickly or have come off their antidepressants - those are the things that make my job so rewarding!
What inspired you to start your own business?
To provide a safe space away from the large, busy, crowded gyms everyone is used to and often scared of. To create a community of like minded individuals who build each other up and motivate each other to succeed.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are unlike any other gym with our stunning location. We have clients who travel up to 45 minutes just to train with us because they love our friendly laid back environment and family/dog friendly facilities. You become part of the family!

No but I can recommend fantastic coaches who either travel to your location in Hampshire or work remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We still wipe down every piece of kit after each class/session. Small group sizes for Covid as well as providing quality coaching experience. Windows and doors are always open.
