Wow I signed up for a session and didn't know what to expect as I've never been to a nutritionist before. Andrew put me at ease straight away with a smile and an in-depth discussion of my concerns. After about 20mins we moved on to the assessment looking at adrenal fatigue!!!! and nutrition deficiencies - after which we discussed my personal plan and EFT to manage stress; extra materials were given through email post session so I didn't have to take notes or anything!Thanks for the help :), feeling amazing now!
